At ColourYourEyes.com, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unworn contact lenses within 30 days of delivery. Due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, all items must remain in their original, sealed blister packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Place the unopened lens boxes and any included accessories into a secure shipping mailer, ensuring the items are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your package to our quality control center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the seals are intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
